3. Products and Services
• We specialize in custom-made couches designed to meet your specific requirements. All products are made to order, and variations in design, fabric, color, and dimensions can be requested.
• All products are individually crafted, which means no two couches are exactly the same. Custom orders may take longer to process and ship compared to standard items.
4. Pricing and Payment
• Prices: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and do not include VAT as we are not yet VAT registered, unless otherwise stated.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, EFT, etc.].
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before production begins on your custom couch. Once payment is processed, we will begin crafting your order.
5. Orders and Acceptance

• Custom Orders: As all couches are made to order, no cancellations or refunds are accepted after production has begun unless the product is faulty or not as described.

6. Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery Areas: We are based in Cape Town and we deliver Nationwide. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation, but these are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to custom production timelines.
• Shipping Costs: All shipping costs will be clearly outlined at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
• Consumer Rights: In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is defective or not as described.
• Custom Orders: Since all couches are made to order and tailored to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as specified.
• Faulty Goods: If your couch arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or repair.
• Refunds: If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the custom nature of the products. A 10% handling fee may be implemented at the discretion of All About Couches.
• Custom Order Cancellations: Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted unless the product is faulty.
9. Warranties and Liability
• Warranty: All couches come with a 5-year warranty on the structure, provided they are used and maintained according to the care instructions. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
• Liability: Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
