At All About Couches, we want you to absolutely love your new couch. If for any reason you don’t, we’ve made our return process as easy as sinking into a comfy cushion.
Here’s what you need to know:
The Fine Print (But Not Too Fine)
Since our couches are made to order just for you, returns are a little trickier. But don’t worry, if something’s wrong, we’re here to help!
● Made-to-Order Couches: Once you’ve confirmed your order, it’s yours (unless something’s broken or defective). We can’t accept returns on custom-made or made-to order couches unless there’s a fault in the product.
● Product Defects or Faults: If your couch arrives looking less-than-perfect or has a manufacturing flaw, we’ll make it right. No hassle, no questions—just a cozy new couch for you.
Non-Defective Returns
We know sometimes life happens (or a couch just doesn’t fit quite right). If that happens, here’s what we can do:
● Store Credit or Exchange: If your couch isn’t your perfect match, choose between store credit or an exchange for something else in our collection. No hard feelings.
● Handling Fee: If you’re returning your couch for reasons other than a defect or delivery mix-up, a 10% handling fee will apply. Think of it like a little restocking fee because even couches need a little break.
● Delivery Costs: Please note that you’ll need to cover the delivery costs for the return, whether you're exchanging the couch or opting for store credit. We’ll work with you to make sure it’s as smooth as possible.
Fabric Variations & Dye Lots
We do our best to represent our fabrics as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that dye lots can vary slightly. This means that the couch you receive may have minor differences in colour from what you saw on our website, even if it’s the same fabric. We aim to show the most accurate pictures, but lighting, fabric variations, and production timing can cause subtle changes. If you're after a very specific shade, please contact us before ordering!
How to Return a Couch
● Keep It Nice: Make sure the couch is unused and in its original condition. Return it with the original packaging to avoid any bumps and bruises along the way.
● Return Process: You’ll need to arrange and pay for return shipping. Once we receive the couch and it passes our inspection, we’ll issue your store credit or exchange within 7 days. Easy peasy.
● Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the return collection fee will be deducted from your store credit or refund.
Wrong Product or Order
If we send you the wrong couch (oops, our bad!), don’t worry—we’ll take care of it. Contact us, and we’ll arrange to collect the wrong couch and send you the right one at no extra cost.
Damaged on Delivery
Couches are comfy, not crash-test dummies! If your couch arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll collect the damaged one at no charge. After a quick inspection, we’ll replace it or offer you an exchange—your call.
Defective Couches
We check every couch before it leaves us. But if a manufacturing defect sneaks past us, we’ve got you covered. Just keep in mind that:
● Normal wear and tear from use isn’t a defect.
● Negligence, damage from improper care, and alterations aren’t covered.
● Fabric pilling happens naturally with use (just follow the care guide to keep it looking great!).
Sale or Clearance Couches
When it’s on sale, it’s final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items unless they’re defective or damaged during delivery. We’ll make sure you know if you're buying a sale item.
